New Patient Visit

During your first visit, we will go over your main complaints and issues as well as family and personal medical history. We will answer any questions you might have and give you a prognosis. Together we will come up with a treatment plan that works for you. You will then receive your acupuncture treatment, which may include cupping, moxibustion and/or massage. Depending on the condition, lifestyle, diet and herbal recommendations are made. Please scroll down, to the bottom of the page, for your new patient paperwork.
